About the Role & Mission
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of real estate and related services
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Follow up with prospective clients to drive deal closures
- Maintain detailed records of site visits, client interactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with the telecalling and sales teams for smooth lead conversion
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales visit and conversion targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Confidence in handling client meetings and property demonstrations
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits daily
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-driven and committed to achieving sales targets
