About the Role & Mission
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Finalisation.
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in ROC and MCA compliance.
- 2. Technical Skills
- - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including accounting-related functions and data management.
- - Practical experience in Tally Accounting Software.
- 3. Accounting & Compliance Knowledge
- - Strong knowledge of Accounts Finalisation, including preparation and reconciliation of financial statements.
- - Practical knowledge of GST Reconciliation and related compliance procedures.
- - Experience in filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Private Limited Companies.
- - Working knowledge of ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
